Today, I am sharing two recipes with Tofu which are incredibly delicious and healthy. You can totally have them in your weightloss journey.
1. Tofu Vegetables Pulao

Ingredients
1 tsp + 2 tsp Avocado Oil or any other cooking oil
200 gm Tofu
1 Cup White Rice
Water to boil rice
1 tbsp sliced ginger
60 gm Sliced Onions
90 gm shelled pigeon peas or Simple peas
70 gm Sliced carrots
70 gm sliced mix bell peppers
50 gm broccoli florets
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
Fresh cilantro for garnishing
110 gm No fat Curd
2 tsp homemade mint chutney
2. Tofu Vegetables Pasta
Serves : 2

Carbs : 34 G
Protein : 19 G
Ingredients
70 gm Durum Wheat Dry Rotini Pasta or use any shape of Pasta
150 gm Tofu
2 tsp cooking oil
5 garlic pods minced and chopped
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup mix bell peppers trips
1/2 cup broccoli florets
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Add oregano and chilli flakes if you want.
