PUDDING CAKE RECIPE: PORTUGUESE RECIPE
Magic cake
Ingredients:
For the caramel:
Sugar- 1 and 1/2 cup or 2 cups if you like with more sauce
For the cake batter:
Eggs-3
Sugar- 1 cup
Butter- 150 gr
Milk- 1 cup
Flour- 1 and 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
Pudding Batter:
Eggs - 3
Condensed milk - 1 can
Milk- 2 measurements of the condensed milk can
Cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp or zest of 1/2 lemon (if you prefer)
