SINGAPOREAN RICE & NOODLES RECIPE
Serves 4 (approximately)
Ingredients:
Chinese Vegetable Mix - 1 package
Egg Noodles - 1 package
Rice - 2 cups
Chicken Thighs - 5 (cut into cubes)
SAUTE VEGETABLES - carrot, cabbage, bell pepper, bean sprouts, onion, sweetcorn
Add garlic (1 teaspoon), ginger (1/2 teaspoon), salt to taste, black pepper to taste, and soy sauce (1 teaspoon).
ADD NOODLES – Add more soy sauce (4 tablespoons), ketchup (2 tablespoons), Wagamama sauce (1 teaspoon), sweet chili sauce (1 teaspoon)
COOK RICE – You can add an egg to make egg fried rice (in the video, I made it without the egg).
CHICKEN – Garlic (2 teaspoons), ginger (1 teaspoon), salt to taste, black pepper to taste, cilantro (1 teaspoon), oregano (a pinch), paprika (a pinch), chili powder (optional), coriander powder (1/2 teaspoon), Cajun seasoning or tandoori masala (to taste).
SAUCE – Mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet chili sauce, parsley, garlic, pepper, chili flakes, MILK to make it thinner.
Add everything to your taste.
Garnish:
Add parsley, sesame seeds, and chives at the end for garnish.
