Hi everybody! Here a new video for people with "lower back problems".
This video shows different types of Yoga stretches for people with hyperlordosis. Physio Yoga is based on different types of stretching performed exclusively for various postural problems, injuries and prevention. The stretches are made from my knowledge of Physiotherapy. This is not the kind of Yoga classes for everyone because everybody has different needs.
Would you do a backbend if you have hyperlordosis? I do not think so!
What are the risks of hyperlordosis?
Excessive compression in the vertebral discs can cause a herniated disc and as a consequence can compress a nerve causing sciatica.
How can I correct my hyperlordosis?
The best way to prevent it is by doing yoga stretches and Sports massages to release the muscle, improve your posture and prevent injuries.
WARNING!
People with hernias, pregnant women, and other conditions have to be careful when doing stretches. Remember that everybody has different needs.
