Q: "The management exercised its discretion to re-assign one of its Sales Rep away from her hometown. The big accounts will be handled by the Sales Rep in that area. But, the employee will not accept the transfer. What legal solution do we need to do in this part since the employee does not accept the transfer? The employee will not be retained in her current area since her evaluation shows that she failed in handling the area. Also, there are no vacant positions in admin."
