I have been battling severe depression and anxiety for eight years. I have tried many different medication combos and all have failed to improve my symptoms. I am undergoing a treatment called electroconvulsive therapy which is a treatment for depression that has a much higher success rate than any antidepressant. For the length of my treatment, I will be keeping a video journal of my progress. Due to the lack of testimonies about ECT on YouTube, I have decided to share my journal with the community.
