I have been battling severe depression and anxiety for thirteen years. I started this channel to chronicle my journey with a treatment called electroconvulsive therapy or ECT. I then moved on to transcranial magnetic stimulation or TMS. Since finishing those treatments almost three years ago, I am going to transition into creating videos and content about mental health in general. I will still be sharing updates about my progress since ECT and TMS, but I also want to focus on different types of coping methods and strategies for dealing with depression and anxiety.
