Week 4 of winter training in Rovaniemi, Finland.
This was a lighter recovery week with easy movement, skiing, running, gym sessions and time outdoors in the beautiful Arctic winter landscape. The focus was on staying consistent, moving daily and allowing the body to recover while still building the routine.
Cold air, quiet mornings and simple training in real winter conditions.
