【Recipe】
◻︎ Cheese tofu hamburg steaks
300 g ground pork
300 g tofu
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 onion
1 egg
1/2 consomme
1/4 teaspoon salt, pepper, nutmeg
＊sauce＊
4 tablespoons ketchup
2 T chuno sauce
2 T sake
1 T mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
A pinch of honey
1 T butter


◻︎Ham cutlet
12 pieces of ham
6 pieces of cheese
Bread crumbs as needed
＊ Batter liquid＊
3 tablespoons flour or rice flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon water


◻︎Chicken breast with scallion salt chicken
2 chicken breasts (about 400g)
1 green onion
2 tablespoon sake
A pinch of salt and pepper
1 tablespoon katakuriko (potato starch)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
＊Seasoning for Negi-Shio Sauce＊
3 tablespoons sesame oil
3 tablespoons vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
