2 cups rice
2 bamboo shoots (pre-cooked) (200 g)
1 piece of deep-fried tofu
1 teaspoon soy sauce
340cc water
3g dashi kelp
30cc sake
15cc light soy sauce
15cc of dark soy sauce

◻︎ Tempura batter
1 T flour
1 T potato starch
1 and 1/2 T cold water
