Made with Suno (4.5)
A song I found myself coming back to since it was made. Based on a side story on the Earth Tebhel, a world with ancient history, particularly connected to the angelic Hierarchy and its first fallout resulting in the Archdevils, who now reign on the continent Gehenna on the Earth Arqa
The Pale Prophet, the figure from "The Light That Devours," is the result of an aberrant entity's mock creation of a younger immortal traveler Salarien, as a result of his cosmic journeys to the different earths and other locales within the cosmos. Possessing his memories up to its creation, it became bent on eliminating any threats toward its host which slumbers within the world since the "Shattering of Tebhel," for the means of self-preservation.
Deep within the mountain chain called the "Teeth of the World," its prized tool deals with a stray coven of a particular class of devils within a fragment of Arkhael's prison which landed in the region ages ago. The devils which this coven belongs are known to inhabit supervoids (like the Bootes Void) and ponder the nature of the Sleeping Void and anything connected to it. The one in the song, Vael'Thrazar is its coven's leader, left standing, attempting to summon the very shade of Arkhael itself upon his death.
The Pale Prophet within this place has also discovered a fragment of power the Outer Powers had left behind, a holy power said to be echoes of the angelic progenitor itself. An aberrant entity wielding such power is something the likes not seen in cosmic history, the long-term effects of its host currently an enigma.
[Intro – Whispering Chorus, overlapping voices]
(Softly, in dissonant harmony)
“The wheel turns backward... the eye sees inwards...
The labyrinth breathes once more...”
Vael’thrazar (low, resonant)
I was the echo, not the word.
A fragment cast from a dying god’s nerve.
In this mountain’s teeth I grew —
Flesh of faith, machine of rue.
I heard His pulse within the stone,
And made the madness all my own.
(The drums begin to pulse like heartbeats — metallic and distant.)
[Verse I – The Herald’s Rise]
I am the gate between reason and scream,
The covenant’s shadow, the architect’s dream.
I swallowed the silence that mortals call grace,
And built a cathedral from God’s broken face.
Beneath this world’s foundation lies my shrine,
Where even angels dissolve in design.
The lines of light, the blood of code,
I carved my law, I broke the mode.
Chant (background)
“Unseal the voice, undo the core —
Let the dreamer wake once more.”
(Distorted bass drops; mechanical percussion kicks in.)
[Pre-Chorus – Vael’thrazar’s Challenge]
You think your holy spark burns bright?
It’s just reflection from my night.
You bear two fires, but I bear none —
I am the silence when all suns are done.
(Screamed)
COME THEN, THIEF OF HEAVEN’S BONE —
FACE THE VOID I CALL MY THRONE!
[Chorus – The Voice of the Labyrinth]
I am the voice that built the maze,
Where flesh forgets and thought decays.
Through every wall, my whispers wind —
I am the god that lost its mind.
The wheel within the wound shall spin,
The end begins where I begin.
All things converge where forms align —
Speak my name, and cross the line!
(Choir harmonizes with mechanical resonance — half human, half synthetic chant.)
[Verse II – The Flesh of Geometry]
I learned from Arkhael how to twist,
To fold the world and make it list.
Your prayers are lines that curve to me,
Your light — my lens of entropy.
Behold the sacred in reverse,
Salvation’s code — the perfect curse.
I break your form and make it true,
For what was Him now bleeds in you.
Chant (fractured echo)
“Three become one, and one becomes none.”
“Open the angle that eats the sun.”
(Industrial rhythm begins to fracture, tempo rising — instruments glitch and phase.)
[Bridge – The Unmooring]
(Vael’thrazar’s voice overlaps with itself, a cacophony of sanity fracturing)
My tongue was bound in mirrored flame,
My eyes devoured by His name.
Now through this prismed soul I sing,
The hymn of the unanchored king!
(Mechanical whispers in background)
“He walks in flesh, He breathes in code.”
“The prophet burns upon the node.”
[Final Chorus – Revelation]
(Drums intensify, layered choirs scream in distorted harmony)
I am the labyrinth’s living gate,
The sum of every twisted fate.
You call me cursed — I call it divine,
For I am the death of design.
The wheel turns red, the eye unbinds,
The Prophet breaks, the Light resigns.
Through holy ash and broken line —
I AM THE GOD THAT LOST ITS MIND!
[Outro – The Shade Awakens]
(The instruments collapse into low static hums, like dying servers — Vael’thrazar’s voice fades into reverent terror.)
Vael’thrazar (weak, trembling)
I hear Him now…
In every angle, in every sound…
Arkhael… open your eye…
…and devour me whole.
(A burst of light and distortion — the final note breaks apart into silence as the Shade of Arkhael begins to rise.)
