The story of the "Legend of Goldshire" and its raid setup has been an idea in mind since I discovered the area in Wrath of the Lich King, a server infamous for its high rp population and Goldshire's lustful activity.

The first boss was the idea of a prophet of the final boss who would begin corrupting the low-level adventurers in the starting area of Northshire Abbey. Over the years by the mid-2010s, I would settle that role for a priest I made.

The song captures the vibe perfectly, the only nitpick being the mistake of him saying his own name at times, but at least it still fits well.
