Mandi is a traditional dish originated from Yemen, consisting mainly of meat and rice with a special blend of spices. It is an authentic Middle Eastern dish which is served for lunch, dinner, parties etc.
In this video, I have shown how to make mandi just as the way its served by the Arabs. Although the technique is different as I have added my style but the taste is authentic.
