The Straight Arm Pulldown is a great exercise to develop a bigger back with muscular lats. You can isolate the lats with several different methods using the same exercise. In the video I demonstrate two options to target back width. One targets the mid-lats thickness and the other targets the outer and upper lats for increased width.
