IMPORTANT: where you kill the final enemy is crucial. if you don't kill him where i do in the previous video, all eight will likely spawn actively roaming the map looking for you, making it much more difficult to succeed. if you kill him where i do, four will spawn stationary at one end of the map, and later another four will spawn stationary at the other end.
for this strategy you will ideally have at least TWO arrows, and pick up the third in the upper office building behind the lookout on the desk. you can do this strategy as well with ONE ARROW and grabbing the office building one, and then hoping at least one of the first two kills drops an arrow back, which is highly likely. if they do not, you can either restart and try again, or just finish it with six enemies remaining to kill.
