Here's a fairly easy way to drop all 15 guys in the first area using stealth and a few arrows. It's reliable in the sense that the AI usually sticks to their patterns, and you have a good amount of time to get between and complete your objectives.
For the second wave you only need to battle 2/8 guys, and they'll come to you and your desk maze while Ellie takes shots at them, making it nice 'n easy.
