Kings Meadow July 2025 Construction Progress | Woolwich Township, NJ

Описание: In the heart of Woolwich Township, New Jersey on a plot of 243 acres, NVR Inc. (e.g. Ryan Homes, NV Homes) are in the process of developing a community which will add over 1,000 homes to the community. This community is to be known as Kings Meadow, situated adjacent to Kingsway Regional High School.

Intended to be built over 5 phases over the course of 8-10 years, and containing a mix of housing types - everything from single family, townhomes, twins/villas, and more, this community represents not just the largest major residential development effort within the Woolwich Township/Swedesboro area, but arguably the largest in South Jersey and Gloucester County over the coming years.

Currently, construction is still in the development phase, with utilities such as water, sewer, etc. presently being laid underground. Although, the general plot and layout of streets and some homesites is starting to become visible. It is expected that Ryan, etc. will begin selling homes within the community within the next year or so. This footage was captured on Friday, July 18, 2025.
