Points of Performance:
1. Starting Position: Kneel on the floor with knees hip-width apart, holding dumbbells at shoulder height in the front rack position.
2. Engage Core: Keep your core tight and spine neutral throughout the movement.
3. Lower Hips: Slowly sit back toward your heels while maintaining an upright torso.
4. Drive Up: Engage your glutes and push your hips forward to return to the tall kneeling position.
5. Controlled Movement: Avoid using momentum; focus on a smooth, controlled motion.
