Substitutions:
Used goat yogurt instead of full-fat Greek yogurt
Meatball mixture was soft, so I rested it in the freezer after shaping
Notes:
Overall, it was a very warm and comforting meal on a cold winter day
Fennel seeds were a nice addition, adding extra warmth
I appreciate the use of the yogurt sauce in both the meatballs and as a sauce. This cut down on the amount of ingredients required.
A chili oil on top would be wonderful
