Welcome to OutTheSaddle!
In January 2025, I took an extended break from my job in London, UK. I packed my bicycle and I flew to the other side of the world. The plan was simple. To cycle the entire length of New Zealand (using the Tour Aotearoa route as the main way). The total journey was approx. 3000km and it took me 33 full days of riding.
This is episode 5 of the series - it covers stages 26 - 30 from Greymouth to Wanaka (~330 miles).
