This is such a fun way to get your abs burning using sets and rounds, All movements are done individually then combined at the end for a creative ab workout!



Full Body Magic Circle Workout in 45 minutes! I LOVE using the magic circle and I often feel it is such an ignored prop or used in such a limited way.... Well, I am here to change that! This FULL BODY magic circle workout will leave you feeling long, lean and strong! I hope you guys enjoy this as I know I have been getting quite a few requests for it :) Anyway! HOW MY JOURNEY BEGANI help people to get strong from the inside out!

I’m Lorene, I help people get strong from the inside out! I love teaching people how to learn the amazing potential of their body and revealing the mystery of how to get strong & sculpted. My scoliosis started me on this path (wore a back brace for five years!) and I am here to share what I have learned so that you can help yourself too!

I never played sports, danced, did gymnastics or anything like that growing up. Quite contrary I was not active at all due to a huge back brace I had to wear for 5 years. I just felt like a blob swimming in my body always feeling weak and never feeling good or healthy. I always wanted to be stronger like the other kids around me who played sports or were in gymnastics or danced and cheered but my scoliosis and backbrace didn’t allow for any of that so I dreamed and dreamed……

I’m best at connecting with my clients and their goals by bringing clarity to how their body works and why they may be struggling to achieve long term results. I am always looking for ways to bring this knowledge to more people because I believe that feeling healthy and strong gives us joy to live life with positive energy and resilience making us better friends, parents, spouses and people. This truly is the end goal of what I do.

I’ve worked with thousands of people all of which agree that my approach stands out. Join me for an in person or online classes to feel the difference and change your perspective on exercise forever.
