A plumber block, or pillow block, is a bearing housing that provides support and alignment for a rotating shaft in machinery. It consists of a mounted bearing (usually a ball or roller bearing) enclosed in a housing with a flat base, enabling easy installation and maintenance. Plummer blocks are commonly used in various industrial applications to support shafts in a fixed position.
