Why Novara Media could be the next TYT

Novara Media is a British Leftist news show that is similar in structure to TYT. A handful of hosts do shows and streams everyday covering the latest British news and conducts interviews with experts. Its main shows are hosted by Ash Sarkar, Aaron Bastani and Michael Walker.

Recently, in the aftermath of the US election, Michael and Ash did a stream where they spoke about the Left being out of touch. Michael would then go on to say that TERFs had a point when discussing trans people in sports and Trans Rights Activists were silencing people who might be allies but don't agree with all of their dogma (according to him).

In response to criticism, Aaron Bastani attacked leftist critics, saying that if the audience wanted him to scold his colleague that meant they actually loved the police lol.

Michael then went on to interview Ana Kasparian of TYT about why the Democrats lost the 2024 election. Ana of course blamed the Democrats apparent obsession with freeing criminals and protecting Trans People (??? did they do this???). The Novara media audience were not happy with this platforming where Michael didn't push back at all at anything Ana said.

With all this context, I discuss if Novara could go down the same path as TYT and if Leftist collective YouTube channels can survive when their most public hosts obviously have a disproportionate sway on the direction of the channel.
