slightly different upload from me this week, basically a video essay? podcast? idk- on the fitness industry and over consumption. in particular activewear, supplements and accessories. Between all of these there is a whole load of 'stuff'. You've got launch based brands, FOMO marketing, klarna debt and it can be very over whelming. this topic is really important to me and I hope this video and the tips given surrounding how to become less overwhelmed with it all can be useful! Especially working in the fitness and activewear world- its a convo I think is important to start.
