Hi guys, welcome back to my channel! Today my sister Laura and I are bringing you another workout with us LEG WORKOUT, follow along in real time. If you have done any of our “sweat with us” workouts they are more cardiovascular focused. This one is a leg circuit requiring no equipment and absolutely no jumping (apartment friendly). The circuit will take about 30 minutes and your legs should be feeling it by the end. Since there is no added weight the volume is high! 🔥STATION 1: 30 seconds ON/15 seconds OFF
Air Squats x 4
Squat Holds x 4
Squat Walks x 4
▫️After all 12 exercises REST 1 minute

Single Leg Glute Bridge x 4
Sliding Hamstring Curls (alternating legs) x 4
Single Leg Stiff Leg Deadlifts x 4
▫️After all 12 exercises REST 1 minute

🔥STATION 3: 30 seconds ON/15 seconds OFF
Pulse Reverse Lunges x 4
Reverse Lunge into Squats x 4
Glute Kickbacks (10 straight leg/ 10 bent leg) & 10 Fire Hydrants
