10 Minute Morning Stretch Routine (Wake Your Body Up)

Wake your body up with a low intensity, full body stretch. The morning hours are a great time to prioritize yourself before the other distractions of the world. Use this as a time to breathe, connect with how your body is feeling, open up tight shoulders/hips/back, and get your day started with a sense of clarity!
To make this routine a tad longer and more in depth, I recommend going 1 minute per stretch if you have enough time.
Movement List:
1. Neck Stretch (right)
2. Neck Stretch (left)
3. Slow Neck Rolls
4. Right Arm Overhead Reach
5. Left Arm Overhead Reach
6. Child's Pose
7. Child's Pose to Seal Stretch
8. Quadruped Right Arm Reach (through and up)
9. Quadruped Left Arm Reach (through and up)
10. Downward Dog
11. Downward Dog Slow Pedal
12. Pigeon Pose Left Leg
13. Pigeon Pose Right Leg
14. Right Side Low Lunge Hold
15. Left Side Low Lunge Hold
16. Heel Sit Shoulder Retraction
17. Pretzel Right Leg
18. Pretzel Left Leg
19. Butterfly Sit (lengthen back)
20. Butterfly Rest
