powermeter and cadence not working today :(
tough race.
slime from exercise induced asthma kept the heart rate high way above what was expected and/or the course was extra hard (it was tough!).
was extra careful on last turn before climb to finishline, breaking more then maybe nessecary when jesse made a tiny mistake (luckily without a crash) in the turn (inside pedal down ;-) )
however hr was already through the roof anyway and possition behind 4 strong riders not the best setup for the final effort
great race with strong racers and a dominating hrv grp with 5 rides (including one incognito rider, disguised in a british club jersey ;-) )
however, papa is worried about how to get the asthma slime under control :\
