In the Bible, 'Selah' is an invitation to stop and calmly reflect. It’s the rest in the middle of the music.
This series isn't about having a perfect life; it's about finding a perfect God in the middle of our messy, beautiful, high-speed lives. Whether you’re a healthcare professional, a busy mother, or just a sister looking for a deeper walk with Christ, I’m inviting you to take a breath with me.
