Ingredients You'll Need
5 lbs pork shoulder or a whole pig (if you’re feeling ambitious!)
1 cup sour orange juice (or a mix of orange and lime juice)
6 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 cup olive oil

Recipe Steps
Prepare the Mojo Marinade:
In a bowl, mix the sour orange juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, and olive oil.
Marinate the Pork:
Place the pork shoulder in a large container or zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it’s well-coated. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator, turning occasionally.
Preheat and Roast:
