broccoli soup recipe:
(what you need)
cooking oil
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 white onion, chopped
2-3 carrots, julienned
3 tbsp starch or flour of choice (I used corn starch)
4 cups broth of choice
1 can low fat coconut milk
3 cups cauliflower florets
3 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
salt & pepper, as desired
sriracha or hot sauce, as desired

(what to do)
1-heat a large pot over medium-high heat. add cooking oil, then stir in garlic, onions, and carrots. cook for 5 minutes or until veggies are tender.
2-stir in the starch / flour, then add in the remaining ingredients one-by-one, topping up with additional broth as needed until all ingredients are covered.
3-bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and let simmer for 20-30 min or until veggies are tender.
4-carefully ladle soup into a blender and blend until smooth.
5-serve immediately and enjoy the hot flames of health.


Stir in the flour to coat the veggies, then slowly stir in the broth, stirring. Next add in milk, chopped cauliflower and broccoli, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and cayenne. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes until broccoli and cauliflower are tender.
