For this important moment to mark #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek, over 500 UK stations united to play this special message at exactly the same time to encourage us all to keep the conversation on mental health going.
Created by Radiocentre, Somethin' Else and The Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, this year's Minute was written by poet, writer and mental health advocate, Hussain Manawer.
Anyone, anywhere in the UK can text ‘Shout’ to 85258 at any time of day or night when they need support. So, share and save the number and know that you’re not alone.
