On Friday 5th December, over 1,600 people gathered at Westminster Abbey for the fifth annual Together at Christmas Carol Service, led by The Princess of Wales and supported by The Royal Foundation.
We captured the voices of guests in the queue outside the Abbey, sharing what the evening meant to them and reflecting on the themes of love, compassion and connection at the heart of the service.
From families and community leaders, to Advocates and partners of The Royal Foundation in attendance, the atmosphere was one of anticipation and joy. The service showcased the strength of community at Christmas, celebrating those who give their time to others.
Alongside Westminster Abbey, 15 community carol services are taking place across the UK this December, each offering a moment to honour local champions and celebrate the spirit of togetherness.
