Do you want to learn how to Ring Muscle-Up? Here are some exercises to begin with.
1. False Grip L-Sit Hangs (to get used to this uncomfortable position)
2. False Grip L-Sit Pull-ups
3. Ring Dips
4. Transition Practice. Elevate your feet to make this harder. When you can do that, take it to freestanding.
Once you can do all of these exercises, you can begin to work on negative ring muscle-ups, along with a few other drills. I can always make a part 2 if you want it :)
