Ingredients:
1 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
3 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbs milk
Instructions:
1. Whisk together sugar and oil
2. Add eggs
3. Mix in dry ingredients and milk
4. Pour into a greased tin and bake at 40-45 min
