These soft and fluffy strawberry rolls are baked in the oven for a true bakery-style texture.

🍓 Ingredients (6 Strawberry Cinnamon Rolls)
For the Dough---
Warm whole milk: 6 tbsp (90 ml)
Granulated sugar: ¼ cup (50 g) (divided)
Active dry yeast: ¾ tsp (2.25 g)
All-purpose flour: 1½ cups (180 g)
Unsalted butter: 3 tbsp (43 g)
Salt: ¼ tsp (≈0.5 g)
Egg: 3 tbsp beaten egg (≈¾ large egg)
For the Filling---
Fresh strawberries (chopped): ½ cup (80 g)
Strawberry jam: 6 tbsp (120 g)
For the Icing---
60 g cream cheese, very soft
2 tbsp powdered sugar
4 tbsp milk or cream
¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
-- First proofing for 1 hour, until doubled in size.
-- Second proofing for 40-45 minutes.
-- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown at 350°F (180°C).
