WORKOUT DETAILS:
Circuit 1:
-perform each exercise for 45 seconds on 15 seconds off with a 30 second rest between rounds
-perform 3 rounds
-4 exercises total including both right and left sides on the unilateral exercises:
Squat with alternating over shoulder press
Squat step out thruster
Static single leg bridge with knee drive (right)
Static single leg bridge with knee drive (left)
Circuit 2:
-perform each exercise for 45 seconds on 15 seconds off with a 30 second rest between rounds
-perform 3 rounds
-4 exercises total including both right and left sides on the unilateral exercises
Alternating dumbbell swing
Lateral lunge with alternating dumbbell row
Deadlift to hammer curl squat
Alternating curtsy squat with knee drive
