Welcome to another VirtualRoad Trip! On this trip we head to Chicago's near northwest and near north suburbs on Dempster St heading eastbound. We start at the end of the main Northwest Hwy (U.S. 14) and go all the way to the end of the road at the shores of Lake Michigan in Evanston, IL. While this road is only just over 10 miles long, it takes a while to drive the whole thing! Most of this road is no faster than 35 mph and passes through several downtowns. Filmed in late August 2021, the greenery is flying through this entire corridor especially from Morton Grove eastward.
Enjoy this beautiful ride through one of the main arterial roads of Chicago's near north suburbs!
