I also touch on how my training has changed since stopping bodybuilding, definitely a noticeable area that's dropped off is intensity BUT it's almost being made up for by the increase in volume
Exercise selection has a tendency to change more frequently, sticking with my compounds lifts but rotating more isolation exercises
