Описание: We train so hard. We get better and think we can run a certain time, but what happens when we don't rise to our expectations? What happens when you train for a race but are disappointed in the outcome?
First of all, don't worry; disappointment is common, mainly because we all want to perform well, so you're not alone. In this video, I'm going to give you tips on how to get over your disappointment and feel better about your race!
