In this video we're going through some basic and easy to execute exercises for acute low back pain.
Diaphramatic breathing (very important in back pain)
Pelvic rocks
Spine rotations
bum raises
diagonal leg kicks
The goals here is to stimulate bloodflow in the muscles in and around the lower back.
You can do these exercises multiple times a day, based on how you feel!
