Massive Crawler Lightning Flashes in Slow Motion

These never stop being fun to watch. Two very large negative intracloud flashes from two separate events, the first is from 4/10/25 in Huntsville and the second is from 6/22/24 in Round Lake, IL. Negative leaders crawling below cloud base and positive leaders higher up inside the cloud, visible as flickering inside the cloud. We can see positive leaders initiating from the negative crawlers in the second flash and tapping into additional negative charge above, which further increased the duration of that flash.
