Описание: In 2023, hundreds of families were forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh, stripped of their homes and peaceful lives, and left to face profound pain and uncertainty. In response to this critical humanitarian crisis, the Community Development NGO, in partnership with the French organization L'Œuvre d'Orient, launched a support program aimed at equipping displaced individuals with essential skills to integrate into the local economy, secure sustainable incomes, and support themselves and their families.

Though the journeys and struggles of the two women in the video were different, they shared one powerful truth: they never gave up. Instead, they transformed pain into motivation, turned curiosity into a profession, and—through timely support—began a new chapter of growth and resilience.

At Community Development NGO, we have over 30 years of experience in the socio-economic, educational, and cultural spheres. We are a driving force for positive change in Armenian communities. We focus on grassroots engagement, and capacity building and assist rural people to find employment and self-employment as sustainable income opportunities.
