It's time for another challenge! This one is a 14 day full body mobility challenge.
As you can read in the title of this video, I once again let myself be inspired by yoga and its creative movements to create some amazing and effective drills for this mobility workout.
Each month I am hosting free challenges inside my free community.
For this month it is going to be a 14 day mobility challenge. (That’s what you voted on over on my Instagram stories).
All the details and instructions can be found in the community.
To put it short, we are going to repeat this 15 minute mobility workout every single day for 14 days
Take those 2 weeks as an opportunity to do something good for yourself. Workouts don’t and shouldn’t be seen as a way to punish ourselves but to move our bodies in different ways because that’s what its designed to do and what makes it and therefore us feel best.
A mobility workout is a very mindful, body focused type of workout. It’s all about quality over quantity.
Mobility is extremely beneficial.
It is essential to the proper full functioning of the joints in our body and therefore essential to our well-being

My name is Sarah and I am a certified health coach & yoga teacher. I was born in Germany but am currently living at the beach in Italy.
After a major knee injury a few years ago I discovered yoga for myself. It not only helped me to recover and integrate mindful movements into my life, but also taught me to slow down, live life in balance with myself and how to nourish my body in the best way possible.
