To take Amtrak from one of the busiest NYC Midtown Manhattan train stations; you can go from either streets of 32nd, 33rd, 34th on Seventh Avenue. LIRR (Long Island Rail Road) access is available on either Moynihan Train Hall or Penn Station side while the NJ Transit access is exclusively on Penn Station. Since both Moynihan and Penn Station are one of the same, you can utilize either elevator with Amtrak timetable (left-hand side as you come from 32nd Street) or elevator by Krispy Kreme store (right-hand side as you come from 32nd Street) to reach Moynihan from Penn Main Level through underground tunnel.
