Описание: Step into the past with this lovely Antique French Court Almanac Book Cover! This elaborately gilded French book cover was the official French court calendar and bound with the royal almanac to celebrate the year 1784 and the fame of hot air ballooning. It has the same cover stamp as the Almanach Royal, which depicts two individuals, Jacques-Alexandre-César Charles (1746-1823) and Marie-Noël Robert (1760-1820), collaborators in developing the world’s first hydrogen balloon
