This is one of the meals that almost caused quarrel in my house the first time I made it-it never went round and everyone wanted MORE of the Native Jollof Rice. Is it because of the byte size of kpomo? Or the fish? Or the local earthy flavour of the dish? I don't know oh. I just know that this is one very delicious way of making rice that I learned growing up and now my family loves it!
