I recently sold my home to OpenDoor! This video will break down the steps of selling to them from start to finish, fees, and my overall experience. Enjoy!
Two things I didn't talk about in the video that I wanted to mention:
1) OpenDoor's offer vs Offerpad & Zillow was very competitive. As well, after speaking with a realtor he said there was no way they could get me as high of an offer on the open market and advised me to go with them. I did do research prior to choosing OpenDoor and felt it was important to note that they were not my only option, they were just the best fit!
2) It was not clear until after further review that my final offer did include my fridge, washer, and dryer. I was fine with leaving them behind, but that is something you may want to be aware of if you do want to keep your appliances.
