The Difference Between OfferPad And OpenDoor

Описание: I recently sold my house and a rental property to an ibuyer. If you're not familiar, ibuyer stands for instant buyer or what I like to call them; internet buyers. These are companies setup to offer and buy your house without having it listed on the mls.

If you have a busy work schedule and lifestyle like me, you may want to consider sell your house or rental property to an ibuyer. They truly take the hassle away from the process of selling your home. Now they may not offer you the best or highest price for your piece of real estate, but their offers are competitive enough in my opinion.

Initially I decided to test the water with my rental property and went through Offerpad. That transaction later fell apart for reasons only known to offerpad. I then later tried Opendoor and it was pretty much smooth selling from the time they made an offer to buy the house all the way to closing and wiring us the funds.

Once we had a successful sale with Opendoor, It was no brainer to sell my house to them also. Not only was that a smooth sailing process too, they also offered $15,000 more than offerpad did.
