If you have osteoarthritis, you’ve probably been told to "stay active"—but no one tells you how to do that without flaring up your joints. In this video, I walk you through the Fizzi Sweet Spot Protocol. We cover Levels 1, 2, and 3 for the "Big Four" movement patterns so you can get stronger without the "bone-on-bone" pain.
How to use this video:
1)Find your Level: Start at Level 1 if you are stiff or in a flare-up.
2)The 25-Rep Rule: Aim for 25 total reps per movement.
3)The Sweet Spot: Your muscles should feel like a 7-9/10 effort, but your joint pain should stay below a 4/10.
4)Consistency: Come back to this video weekly!
