Chocolate Covered Marshmallow Bunnies | Renee Conner

Описание: Easter is just a few weeks away... these Chocolate Covered Marshmallow Bunnies are so easy to make and so adorable. They would be such a cute addition to an easter basket... Or, a sweet treat at your Easter gathering!

MARSHMALLOW INGREDIENTS (full batch):
-2 envelopes unflavored gelatin (14 g total)
-1 Cup Water (236ml) Dividend in half
-1 1/2 Cups (288g) Granulated Sugar
-2/3 Cup (158ml) Light Corn Syrup (you can sub golden syrup)
-1 tsp (5ml) Vanilla Bean Paste (or sub vanilla extract or scrape 1 vanilla bean pod!)

FINISHING INSTRUCTIONS FOR A SHEET OF MARSHMALLOWS:
*If making these as a sheet of marshmallows instead of the molded bunnies you will also need a 50/50 mix of cornstarch and powdered sugar for dusting. After the marshmallow is mixed, grease a sheet pan or 8x8 square pan with vegetable shortening, spread the marshmallow batter in and heavily dust with the 50/50 mix. Let sit 4 hours to over night. Turn out and cut into bite size pieces.
